Who we are

Altiora AI LLP is an enterprise AI and technology company registered in India, with its office at Ground Floor, Plot No. 84, Institutional Area, Prem Puri, Sector 32, Gurugram, Haryana 122001. We are the data fiduciary / controller for personal data collected through the Site. Contact: hello@altioraai.in.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Consultation requests — name, work email, phone number, company, a description of what you want to achieve, and your preferred date, time and time zone.
• Candidate accounts — name, email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash), plus profile details you choose to add: phone, location, experience, compensation expectations, notice period, availability and your resume.
• Job applications — the profile details above, the resume you attach and the role you applied for.
• Correspondence — anything you send us by email.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs — IP address, date and time of requests, pages requested and browser type, kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies: a random browser identifier, pages viewed, referring site, device type and timestamps. See the Cookie Policy.

We do not collect payment information, government identifiers or special categories of personal data through the Site, and we ask you not to include such information in free-text fields.

How we use your information

• To respond to consultation requests and schedule calls.
• To create and operate your candidate account, process your job applications, and tell you about the progress of an application by email.
• To send transactional emails such as verification codes, password resets and application confirmations.
• To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse (for example by rate-limiting form submissions) and diagnose problems.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it, based on aggregated analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Candidates can view and update most of their data directly on the My account page. For anything else, email hello@altioraai.in; we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority, and in India to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and job candidates aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. If changes are significant we will notify account holders by email or by a notice on the Site.
